+ 24 – Hour Cancellation Policy : Due to the fact that we reserve your dance space often days or weeks ahead of time, we require that any cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead of time are paid in full. If you are on a package, we will deduct the lesson(s) from your package. If you are not on a package, we will charge the lesson cost to your credit card. Thank you for your understanding.
+ Credit Card on File: Due to ongoing issues with payments, all students are required to keep a credit card on file. This card will only be used in the case of issues with payment as per our Cancellation Policy, and is not otherwise used. Credit Card on File forms will need to be completed in order to schedule any unpaid lesson appointments.

+ Liability & Service Agreement: We require all clients to sign a liability waiver and service agreement in order to dance with us.
+ Photo & Media Release: With students’ permission, we may share their likeness on our social media; we love sharing our students’ progress and achievements!
+ Conduct Policy: Nova Ballroom is committed to creating a safe, joyful space to learn and celebrate dancing for all our students. Any form of harassment, misconduct, offensive/foul language, or other behavior deemed inappropriate will not be tolerated. Students who fail to respect these terms will receive disciplinary action, up to and including being asked to leave studio functions, or loss of lesson time. Thank you for helping us keep Nova Ballroom a fun, friendly, and safe place for our students and instructors.
